Home Addition Options We Offer

At R & B Homes, we offer various addition options to make the process as simple as possible for you. Learn more about the different options we have to get started:

Option One

The first option we offer is to build your structure. This includes footings, foundation, waterproofing, sheathing, and roofing, if necessary. We have our own in-house team for this option. This is the cheapest option and takes between one and four weeks.

Option Two

Addition option two is that we can build your structure plus rough-in and insulation. This includes plumbing and HVAC, electrical, insulation, and drywall work. We use licensed team partners for this option, making it slightly more expensive than option one. It also takes a little bit more time, typically lasting between one and three months.

Option Three

The third addition option we have available is that we can build and finish your project. This includes all exterior or interior finishes and trades. Option three is more involved, but we have extensive experience with this option that you can count on. This is the most expensive option and takes three to six months.
